Managing Telephone Call Details
You can document telephone communication details with patients on the Telephone Call template.
You can do the following on a telephone call:
- Discuss and document provider and nursing comments, Care Guidelines, and patients' post-op days, immunizations with their due dates, and patient reminders.
- Document communication details such as call information, communication history, medication, and allergy details.
- Create and share lab orders.
- Create and share diagnostics, office services, immunizations, surgical procedures, referrals, and patient education.
