Document Telephone Interactions

Before you begin

Ensure that you have selected the Specialty as Care Management and Visit Type as Case & Consent.
  1. On the Documentation template, expand theTelephone Interactions panel, and then click Add
    The Telephone Interactions template opens.
  2. Fill out all the fields that apply for this interaction.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Clear For Add to enter multiple actions or click Close .
