Before you begin
Ensure that you have selected the
Specialty as
Care Management and
Visit Type as
Case & Consent.
- On the Documentation template, expand the Care Coordination Interactions panel, and then click Add
The Care Coordination Interactions template opens.
- Fill out all the fields that apply for this interaction.
- Click Save.
- Click Clear For Add to enter multiple actions or click Close.
Note: Use the Edit and Remove buttons to manage Care Coordination.
