Document Provider Interactions

Before you begin

Ensure that you have selected the Specialty as Care Management and Visit Type as Case & Consent.
  1. On the Documentation tab, expand the Provider Interactions panel, and then click Add
    The Provider Interactions template opens.
  2. Type a description of the action taken in the Actions field.
  3. Click Save.
  4. To add another entry, click Clear For Add and repeat steps 2 and 3.
  5. When you have completed all need entries, click Close. The template closes and the saved entries appear on the Provider Interactions data grid.
  6. To remove an entry from the Provider Interactions grids, click the entry to be removed and click Remove.
  7. To change an entry on the grid, click the entry to be changed and click Edit. The Provider Interactions template appears and you can edit the text in the Actions field.
