Telephone Call Template

On the Telephone Call template, you can add multiple communication messages with the patient to a single encounter. You can see all messages in the grid and sort the grid to see all messages within a case. Use the Phone Call sub-navigation link to open the Telephone Call template.

When you first open the Telephone Call template, the Date of Call and Time of Call fields display the current date and time. You can edit these entries.
