You can open the Telephone Communication template to view the communication summary.
 
  
   
Before you begin
  Using the 
Call/Communication link, if you want to open the 
Telephone Communication template by default, then you must select the 
Launch Telephone Communication checkbox in the 
Telephone Call/Communication section on the 
Practice Configuration template.
 
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - On the Home Page template, select the Call/Communication link.
   
    The Telephone Communication template opens.
