The Telephone Call template is the default in the out-of-package NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. You can leave this as the default or set the Telephone Communication template to launch instead.
From the File menu, select System \ Practice Templates.
The Select Template window appears.
In the Show section, select All.
On the Practice tab, scroll down and highlight Practice Configuration, and click OK.
In the Telephone Call/Communication section, do one of the following:
Select the Launch Telephone Communication check box.
Leave the Launch Telephone Communication check box unselected to document communications on the Telephone Call template.
