Add Exams to the Physical Exam List

You must add physical exams to the all list before adding them to the top list.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the Framework Content system template.
3. Click the Physical Exam panel.
4. Click all.
5. In the filter by gender field, click and select a gender.
6. To select an item, click the field above the Physical Exam Item column.
7. Click OK.
   The selected item appears in the field.
8. Click Add.
   The added item appears in the Physical Exam list.
9. To rearrange the items in the Physical Exam list in alphabetical order, select Sort Alphabetically.
   Note: Physical exam values are typically organized head-to-toe by the application.
