When you have finished your visit, select End Visit.
A confirmation window opens.
Select Yes to confirm that you want to end the visit.
Complete the brief survey about your virtual visit experience.
If you have questions regarding your health care needs, payment, or scheduling, contact your provider’s office directly.
If you accidentally end your visit, you can return to the visit as long as the provider is still connected. To return to the visit, use the same link from the email or text.
