You can invite your friend, care giver, or a family member as a guest to your visit. If you did not invite a guest before the visit, you can invite them after the start of the visit.
Note: Inviting patient guest option is not available for group visits.
To invite a guest, do one of the following:
From the NextGen Virtual Visits™ confirmation emails or text message you received, select Invite a Guest, authenticate your email or mobile number with one-time password (OTP), and then select Add Guest.
During the visit, select Invite Guest.
The Add Guest window opens.
Enter the guest's first and last name, email or phone number, select from the Relationship to patients list, then select authorize checkbox, and then select Add.
