Within NextGen Mail, you can create distribution lists of NextGen users and groups to send messages to multiple recipients at once.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select the Mailbox

- From the status bar at the bottom of the window, double-click the Mail
icon.
- Select and then from the NextGen Email section, select the Unread link.
The
NextGen Mailbox window appears.
- Do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select the Mailbox

- From the status bar at the bottom of the window, double-click the Mail
icon.
- Select and then from the NextGen Email section, select the Unread link.
The
NextGen Mailbox window appears.
- Select the Distribution Lists
button on the mailbox toolbar.
- In the Distribution Lists Maintenance window, select the Open
menu button and select New.
- In the New Distribution List window, enter the name of the new distribution list and then select OK.
- Select the drop-down arrow in the Show Users From field to select a practice location.
- Select the users or roles from the Available Users and Groups, and then select the left and right arrows to add or remove the users and groups to the Distribution List Members.
- To save changes and close the window, select OK.
