Reactivate Users

A user becomes automatically deactivated when he or she has not logged onto any of the NextGen® Enterprise Healthcare applications in a specified period of time. The user cannot log on again until he or she is reactivated. Reactivated users return to the groups that they were originally assigned to.

  1. Select the inactive user.
  2. On the Edit menu, select Reactivate User.
