By using Message Status Report, you can view status reports for email communication for a specified time duration.
- Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration.
The Site Generator page opens.
- From Portal Solutions, select .
The Message Status Reports page opens.
- Select from the following and then select View Report.
- Created Date Range
- Delivery Method (email or fax)
- Status Grouping (all messages or based on subject type)
The Message Status Summary page opens and displays the status report.
