You can view Utilization Report for the NextGen® PxP Portal usage on a quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily basis.
- Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration.
The Site Generator page opens.
- From Reports, select Utilization Reports.
The Reporting Dashboard page opens displaying the summarized report for all locations.
- Select a location from the list.
A report for the selected location appears.
- Under Summary, hover your cursor over the bar graph to see related counts for TOTAL PORTAL PATIENTS and INVITED Vs. ACTIVATED PATIENTS.
Note: You can view the report summary for the last 12 quarters, months, weeks, or days.
- To generate a report in comma-separated values (CSV) format for a specified duration, select Attestation Report.
