View Portal Communications

  1. On the NextGen® Enterprise PM main toolbar, select Mailbox .
    The NextGen Mailbox window opens.
  2. From the list in the upper-right corner of the window, select Patient Portal.
    A list of patient portal folders appears in the left pane. A list of messages appears in the right pane. The Mailbox folders having unread messages appear in bold type along with the number of unread messages in parentheses.
  3. To view all the communication sent and received for the selected patient, select Patient-Specific View.
  4. To view specific timeline messages that are older than three months, select from the Display list.
