Update Account Details

You can change your Practice Portal account email, password, and secret question.
  1. Log on to Practice Portal.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • On the My Home page, in the left pane, select My Account.
    • In the upper-right corner of the Practice Portal page, select My Account .
    The Change password section appears.
    The Change Password section prompts you to enter the old and new password, as well as challenging you to enter characters from an image

  3. To change your password, email, or secret question, fill in the required fields and submit your changes.
