You can change your Practice Portal account email, password, and secret question.
- Log on to Practice Portal.
- Do one of the following:
- On the My Home page, in the left pane, select My Account.
- In the upper-right corner of the Practice Portal page, select My Account
.
The
Change password section appears.
- To change your password, email, or secret question, fill in the required fields and submit your changes.
