Set Up Patient Statement Delivery

You can set electronic statements to be sent to patients through NextGen® PxP Portal.
  1. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration.
    The Site Generator page opens.
  2. Search for and select your practice.
  3. From Administrator - Setup/Access, select Online Solutions > Edit Your Online Solutions.
    The Manage Your Online Solutions page opens.
  4. Select the Activate Solution checkbox next to Online Bill Pay, and then select Confirm Your Changes.
    The Online Bill Pay option appears on the Site Generator home page under Portal Solutions.
  5. From Portal Solutions, select Online Bill Pay > eStatements.
    The eStatement Configuration page opens.
  6. To enable electronic statements for patients, select Enable Statement Delivery.
  7. Make changes in Statement Delivery Configuration, and then select Submit.
