Add a Message to Display on Practice Portal

You can add messages to display on the main Practice Portal page by using the Practice Portal Broadcasts feature of Site Generator.
  1. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration.
    The Site Generator page opens.
  2. From Portal Solutions, select Practice Portal Broadcasts.
    The Practice Portal Broadcasts page opens.
  3. Select Add new broadcast.
    The Post Broadcast page opens.
  4. Enter the title, message text, personnel types, and locations.
    Select or clear the Active Message check box to activate or deactivate the Patient Portal Broadcasts message.
  5. Select or clear the Active Message checkbox to activate or deactivate the Patient Portal Broadcasts message.
  6. Select Submit.
    The message appears on the home page of NextGen® Enterprise Practice Portal for the selected locations and personnel types.
