You can add messages to display on the main Practice Portal page by using the Practice Portal Broadcasts feature of Site Generator.
- Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration.
The Site Generator page opens.
- From Portal Solutions, select Practice Portal Broadcasts.
The Practice Portal Broadcasts page opens.
- Select Add new broadcast.
The Post Broadcast page opens.
- Enter the title, message text, personnel types, and locations.
Select or clear the
Active Message check box to activate or deactivate the Patient Portal Broadcasts message.
Note: Title is for internal use only. The added text in Title does not appear on the Sign In page of NextGen® Enterprise Practice Portal.
- Select or clear the Active Message checkbox to activate or deactivate the Patient Portal Broadcasts message.
- Select Submit.
The message appears on the home page of NextGen® Enterprise Practice Portal for the selected locations and personnel types.
