Add or Modify Messages Displayed to Patients on the Main Page

With the Patient Portal Broadcasts feature, you can add global or location-specific banner messages that appear on the logon page of NextGen® PxP Portal.
  1. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration.
    The Site Generator page opens.
  2. From Portal Solutions, select Patient Portal Broadcasts.
    The Patient Portal Broadcasts page opens.
  3. Select Add new broadcast.
    The Post Broadcast page opens.
  4. Enter the new or updated title and message text, and then select Locations.
  5. Select the Active Message option to broadcast the message.
  6. Select Submit.
    The message text appears on the Sign In page of NextGen® PxP Portal.
