To review precheck forms such as clinical intake, feedback, and consent or policy documents completed by the patient before you join an appointment, scroll down to Action Queue and Patient Activity.
The completed forms appear in the corresponding category.
To view form details, double-click the necessary form type.
To indicate that you acknowledge the form, select the corresponding form, and then select Acknowledge.
Add the Appointment Charges and Prior Balance Columns to Your Schedule View While viewing the schedule, you can review and select the appropriate co-pay and additional charges for the appointment based on the patient's insurance eligibility. You can also view notes and staff review information from the Schedule view.
