Legal Authenticator Selection Agent Option and Database Fields

Database Field	Description
intrf_queue.created_by	The user responsible for triggering the generation of the Consolidated Clinical Data Architecture (C-CDA). For example, The active user in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The user who locks the encounter when there is an encounter lock trigger. The system user (for some automated generation scenarios).
intrf_queue.provider_id	The provider associated with the generated C-CDA (for example, the rendering provider if a single encounter is selected in the Clinical Information section in the Data Share module or the Medical Summary Utility). The value may be empty if multiple encounters are selected.

Using the Data Share Module to Import and Export Clinical Data

You can use the Data Share module, a feature of NextGen® Enterprise EHR, to import and export Continuity of Care Document (CCD) and Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) files to and from designated folders and exchange clinical information with other providers, patients, and institutions such as regional health information organizations (RHIOs) and the Health Information Systems Program (HISP). This Data Share module serves the same function as the Medical Summary Utility but provides a simpler user interface and superior performance. The Medical Summary Utility continues to be available, but its use is deprecated. An earlier version of the Data Share module provided access only to the NextGen® Share Carequality Service. The old version is still available for the convenience of existing users. Select Clinical Information to Export

You can select clinical data for inclusion in an exported document by using the Clinical Information pane on the Export tab. Clinical Information Pane To export data from a single encounter, select that encounter in the Encounter History tab.In the Clinical Information pane, the Selected Encounter display updates the date and time of the selected encounter. Select one of the following export types: Encounter Level: Include all data in the currently selected encounter. Encounter Level + Clinical Context: Include all data in the currently selected encounter, plus any related items from other encounters that are required for Meaningful Use and Advancing Care Information.
