You can select clinical data for inclusion in an exported document by using the Clinical Information pane on the Export tab.
To export data from a single encounter, select that encounter in the Encounter History tab.
In the Clinical Information pane, the Selected Encounter display updates the date and time of the selected encounter.
Select one of the following export types:
Encounter Level: Include all data in the currently selected encounter.
Encounter Level + Clinical Context: Include all data in the currently selected encounter, plus any related items from other encounters that are required for Meaningful Use and Advancing Care Information.
Longitudinal: Include all data in all encounters for the patient.
Section Level: Select which types of clinical data sections are included, either for the selected encounter or for all the patient's encounters.
Manual Data Selection: Select any combination of items within any clinical data sections in one or more of the patient's encounters.
If you selected Section Level, select the appropriate options in the Select Information To Include section.
To indicate whether you want to affect all sections at once, select or clear Select/Unselect All.
From Gather Information From, choose All Encounters or Selected Encounter.
Select or clear individual sections as needed.
If you selected Manual Data Selection, select the individual clinical items for export.
To expand or collapse any item, select the or icon to the left of the item.
To select or deselect an item, and all the items nested under it, select or clear the check box next to that item.
To display details about an item in the list, select the name of the item. The details appear on the right side of the Clinical Information pane.
To apply a filter that selects only specified types of items, select a filter from Clinical Information Filter Applied.
