Configure Rosetta Settings for Encounter CCD

Before you begin You must ensure that you have installed Rosetta Services console on your server. You must ensure that the Rosetta Services console is configured for Automatic (Delayed Start). Automatic delayed start configured Encounter CCDs are sent to patients when an encounter is locked. To send an encounter CCD to NextGen® PxP Portal on encounter locking, you must configure an agent specific to encounter CCDs on the Rosetta Configuration Options page. The Patient Portal Encounter CDA agent is common for all practices within your enterprise. Open Rosetta Console, and then stop all Rosetta Services. Open the Rosetta Configuration Options window. Select the Agents tab, and then select to add a agent. The Add New Agent window opens. Add New Agent window In the Add New Agent window, enter the following details. A trigger option may be set to automatically display the Generate CCD window when you try to generate a CCD. To select CCD generation options, you can select the applicable options and complete the fields in the window as explained in the following table. Hidden Agent Options

Some Rosetta agents support specialized options that are not intended to be modified by clients. These options are not visible in the Rosetta Management Console. To configure these options, you have to modify the NextGen Healthcare database. These options must be only modified by NextGen Healthcare personnel. Setting Agent Options for C-CDA R2.1

Beginning with the 5.9 release, Rosetta CCD (Continuity of Care Documents) export agents support C-CDA level R2.1. When Rosetta agents are upgraded, R2.1 becomes the default level for C-CDA exports. To accomplish this, the following agent options in the General category are set during the agent upgrade: Format = C-CDA R2.1 External System To Xref Codes In Code Tables = CCDAR21 External System To Xref Codes In Mstr Lists = CCDAR21 The latter two options must have the value CCDAR21 when the Format option is C-CDA R2.1. If you need to export documents in C-CDA R1.1 format, then set Format to C-CDA, and set the other options to the appropriate external system. For backward compatibility, you can optionally set the Export > Include Legacy Template Ids agent option to Yes.
