Add Review of Systems

Click the Add button under the Review of Systems grid. Review of Systems template The Review of Systems template opens. Enter data for the patient by doing one or more of the following: Click the Quick icon and select a provider's Quick Load set to fill the template. Click the ROS defaults field and selecting a global specialty default to fill the template. Select the corresponding option for the patients associated symptoms as applicable. Note: To create a rendering provider Quick Load, fill out template as desired and click the Quick Save (floppy disk) icon. Above the diagnosis grid you may see a Reviewed checkbox. Reviewed checkbox If you select the Reviewed checkbox, the system copies data forward to future encounters until a new ordering diagnosis is added. If a new ordering diagnosis is added, the checkbox clears; the therapist must review the additional diagnosis and select the checkbox again. Note: The Reviewed checkbox can be configured to be: Required, Not required, or Hidden on the Practice Configuration practice template. Specialty Configuration Home

You can use the specialty configuration homepage to open various configuration templates. The Specialty Config Home template helps you do the following: Open the configuration templates using the links in the Specialty System Sidebar.
