Document Urology Review of Systems Findings

You can document the patient signs and symptoms for multiple systems using a single template or for a single system. The Urology - ROS link in the left pane on Review of Systems opens a gender-specific or gender-neutral Review of Systems (ROS) template based on the configuration of the Review of Systems panel on the Framework Content system template. The left pane in Review of Systems displays the practice's systems configured on the Framework Content system template. Intake Staff Workflow

During check-in, you can document the patient's details such as the chief complaint, vital signs, medications, allergies, standing orders, and various other findings. The intake staff workflow involves documenting the patient encounter on the Intake and Histories templates. The information documented by the intake staff is used by the provider for reference and to proceed with the encounter. Intake Panel Description General You can document the patient's general information. Medications You can view the current medications and medication history of the patient. You can also enter additional prescriptions and reconcile the listed medications with the actual active medications. Reason for Visit You can document the reasons for the patient's visit. Vital Signs You can document and manage the patient's vital signs. History Summary You can document the patient's problem list and social, medical or surgical, diagnostic study, and family histories. Add Review of Systems

Click the Add button under the Review of Systems grid. Review of Systems template The Review of Systems template opens. Enter data for the patient by doing one or more of the following: Click the Quick icon and select a provider's Quick Load set to fill the template. Click the ROS defaults field and selecting a global specialty default to fill the template. Select the corresponding option for the patients associated symptoms as applicable. Note: To create a rendering provider Quick Load, fill out template as desired and click the Quick Save (floppy disk) icon. The Review of Systems panel enables you to document the findings for a patient after reviewing a list of systems. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Intake - Cardiology template. Select the Review of Systems panel. Review of Systems On the left pane, do one of the following: To document ROS individually, click the required ROS system. To do a quick ROS, click Quick ROS. The Quick CARD ROS template opens. Quick CARD ROS Document the required information and click Save & Close. You can document the findings of a patient's review of systems for multiple systems using a single template or a single system. Before you begin The One Page ROS option opens a gender-specific or gender-neutral Review of Systems (ROS) template based on the configuration of the Review of Systems section on the Framework Content system template.
