You can document the patient signs and symptoms for multiple systems using a single template or for a single system.
The Urology - ROS link in the left pane on Review of Systems opens a gender-specific or gender-neutral Review of Systems (ROS) template based on the configuration of the Review of Systems panel on the Framework Content system template. The left pane in Review of Systems displays the practice's systems configured on the Framework Content system template. - Open the Intake template.
- Expand the Review of Systems panel.
- To document the patient's signs and symptoms, do one of the following:
- To document the genitourinary and other system findings of a patient on a single template, select Urology - ROS in the left pane, and do one of the following on the Urology - Review of Systems template.
- To select normal for all systems, select the ROS defaults field, and then select the default ROS from the list.
- To select negative or positive for the symptoms in a system, select the Neg or Pos option for the symptoms in that system.
- To mark negative for all symptoms in a system, select the All neg checkbox in that system.
- To document the findings in detail for a system, select the system link, and then document the findings.
- To document the findings for a single system, select a system from the left pane, and document the findings.
- Select Save & Close.
The documented ROS findings appear in the Review of Systems grid.
- To update the documented findings and symptoms, select the required row in the grid, and edit the symptoms in the corresponding Review of Systems template.
