grid.

There is no review template for the
Add’l Modalities
template.
Select the treatment line in the
Treatment
grid.
Select
Review
.
The
RINF Treatment
template for the treatment opens. Because it is a view-only version of the treatment template, you cannot add or edit entries.
After you finish reviewing the information, select
Cancel
to close the review template.

Treatment Section
The treatment grid shows therapies and education that you have documented for the patient. You can document therapies completed with the patient using any of the treatment templates in the left-hand list. The therapies documented on the templates are billable, with the exception of the Education template, which always shows a billable Total Time entry of zero. Testing/Other Template
Use the Testing/Other template to document Video Gait Analysis, Video Throwing Analysis, Testing/Other Treatments, and Wound Care. Testing/Other Treatment template When you complete entries, and then select Save & Close, the selected treatments from this template appear in the Treatment grid on the Single Visit template, broken out by type with the total time for each. Document Remote Therapeutic Monitoring
Document the details about remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) so that you can bill for it. On the Single Visit or Speech Single Visit template, expand the Objective panel. Under Treatment, select RTM Codes. The NTS RTM Codes template opens. RTM Codes template Select the appropriate options under RTM Codes, enter the minutes, and then document the RTM details in the Comments field. Documenting Exams
The Exams section on the Single Visit template has a grid that shows all exams recorded for the patient, and a list of exams that you can use to document exams performed in the current encounter. You can fill out as many different exams as needed for the patient on a single encounter. All data entered on any exam is displayed in the grid. Document Patient Education for Physical or Occupational Therapy
Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter. Open the NTS Homepage template associated with the encounter, and then select a PT or OT visit type. Open the NTS Single Visit template, and then expand the Objective panel. Under Treatment, select Education. The Education template opens in the NTS PT Treatment Edu window. For patient education, enter a description under Education of the education provided by doing one of the following: Select Body Mechanics, Gait, or ADL as the education type, and then select a description in each field. Note: If you select the blank space at the top of the list, you can type an entry into the field. To enter custom descriptions that is not related to an education type, make sure that none of the Body Mechanics, Gait, or ADL options are selected, and then enter your descriptions in the fields.
