Use the Treatment grid to specify the treatment plan for this episode of care. If this is the first visit in this case, the Treatment grid will be empty; thereafter, when you open this template, all entries in the grid copy forward from the prior visit. You can update prior entries and enter new ones.

If you apply a QuickPick that enters treatments into the grid that will not be used for this case, you can de-select or delete them. You can enter items individually or use a QuickPick.
