De-select an Item in the Treatment Grid
You can deselect an entry in the Treatment grid so that it remains in the grid for future use but does not appear on the Office Note or Medical Legal record for any encounter (until reselected). Activate the D button (it must be red). Clear the checkbox below the D button. Select the item in the grid. Repeat steps 1-3 for any other items you want to de-select. Add a Treatment Plan By Using QuickPicks
Select the Star or Double Star icon to open QuickPicks. Select the QuickPick to use. The items enter the grid. Remove or deselect any item from the picklist that does not apply to this episode of care. Parent topic: Document Treatment

Document Treatment
Use the Treatment grid to specify the treatment plan for this episode of care. If this is the first visit in this case, the Treatment grid will be empty; thereafter, when you open this template, all entries in the grid copy forward from the prior visit. You can update prior entries and enter new ones. If you apply a QuickPick that enters treatments into the grid that will not be used for this case, you can de-select or delete them. You can enter items individually or use a QuickPick. Delete Individual Treatments or Activities
If the grid is in Grid-Edit mode, put the grid in Single-Edit mode. (Select the Edit button). Select the item you want to delete from the grid. Select Delete. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to delete any other therapy items. Note: If you have selected the last item in the grid to delete, an alert opens for you to confirm that you want to clear all entries from the grid. Select Cancel for that grid. Clear the Entire Grid
You can remove all entries from a grid at once. If the grid is in Single-Edit mode, put it in Grid-Edit mode (select the Cancel button). Select Delete. A confirmation window opens. Select Yes. Parent topic: Treatment Section
