Clear the Entire Grid

You can remove all entries from a grid at once. If the grid is in Single-Edit mode, put it in Grid-Edit mode (select the Cancel button). Select Delete. A confirmation window opens. Select Yes. Parent topic: Treatment Section

Update a Single Grid Entry

To change the details of an item already in the grid, the grid must be in Single-Edit mode. If the grid is in Grid-Edit mode, select the Edit button to put the grid in Single-Edit mode. Edit button in Grid-Edit Mode The Edit button changes to Cancel. Select the activity in the grid. The activity information fills the fields above the grid. Update the entries in the fields. Updated entries Note: When editing a single item, the D checkbox is automatically marked. If you do not want the exercise to be marked as “Done” for this encounter, clear the D checkbox. Enter Treatments/Activities for a Body Area

By default, when you open the template, all grids are in Grid-Edit mode and the D button for all grids is active (D). Therefore, unless you clear the D checkbox, when you add new therapies to grids, they are marked as “Done.” Select the Body Area field. The Body Area picklist opens. Select the body area that the treatment or activity is designed to help, and then select OK. Make sure the grid is in Grid-Edit mode. For more information, see Treatment Template Editing Modes. Select the Item field. A picklist of therapies for the selected body part opens. Treatment picklist for the Item field Select an item from the picklist or, to type the entry in the Item field, select the blank at the top of the picklist. Select the Reps, Sets, and Resistance as appropriate. In the S field, indicate the side that the treatment is performed on by selecting R, L, or B for right side, left side, or both. If you are performing the treatment or exercise today, make sure that the D checkbox is selected. If

The treatment grid shows therapies and education that you have documented for the patient. You can document therapies completed with the patient using any of the treatment templates in the left-hand list. The therapies documented on the templates are billable, with the exception of the Education template, which always shows a billable Total Time entry of zero. De-select an Item in the Treatment Grid

You can deselect an entry in the Treatment grid so that it remains in the grid for future use but does not appear on the Office Note or Medical Legal record for any encounter (until reselected). Activate the D button (it must be red). Clear the checkbox below the D button. Select the item in the grid. Repeat steps 1-3 for any other items you want to de-select.
