Delete Individual Treatments or Activities

If the grid is in Grid-Edit mode, put the grid in Single-Edit mode. (Select the Edit button). Select the item you want to delete from the grid. Select Delete. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to delete any other therapy items. Note: If you have selected the last item in the grid to delete, an alert opens for you to confirm that you want to clear all entries from the grid. Select Cancel for that grid. Apply Option Settings to Multiple Grid Entries

When in Group-Edit mode, you can change the option settings D (done) Grp (group), HEP (Home Exercise Program), S (side), Reps, Sets, and Resist (Resistance) to multiple grid entries at once. For any button field that is red, the system applies the selection in the field directly below it to all items you select in the grid. Note: Selecting the D (done) checkbox for one grid turns it active for all grids. For the Grp (group), HEP and S (side) settings, you must select them for each individual grid to activate them for that grid so that the selection is added to each selected line in the grid. If the grid is in Single-Edit mode, select Cancel to put it in Grid-Edit mode. Select the label buttons as needed to toggle them between active (red) and inactive (black). Clear the Entire Grid

You can remove all entries from a grid at once. If the grid is in Single-Edit mode, put it in Grid-Edit mode (select the Cancel button). Select Delete. A confirmation window opens. Select Yes. Parent topic: Treatment Section

Enter Treatments/Activities for a Body Area

By default, when you open the template, all grids are in Grid-Edit mode and the D button for all grids is active (D). Therefore, unless you clear the D checkbox, when you add new therapies to grids, they are marked as “Done.” Select the Body Area field. The Body Area picklist opens. Select the body area that the treatment or activity is designed to help, and then select OK. Make sure the grid is in Grid-Edit mode. For more information, see Treatment Template Editing Modes. Select the Item field. A picklist of therapies for the selected body part opens. Treatment picklist for the Item field Select an item from the picklist or, to type the entry in the Item field, select the blank at the top of the picklist. Select the Reps, Sets, and Resistance as appropriate. In the S field, indicate the side that the treatment is performed on by selecting R, L, or B for right side, left side, or both. Allow Body Area Override

When you enter exercises the first time in a treatment grid, they appear under a header (either a body area or Other). If you need to move the exercise to a different header, use the Allow Body Area Override checkbox. You must be in Single-Edit Mode to use the Allow Body Area Override checkbox. Allow Body Area Override checkbox Select Edit to put the grid into Single-Edit Mode. Select a row in the grid. Select the Allow Body Area Override checkbox. Select in the Body Area field to select the new Body Area the exercise should be under. The example below shows the exercise item Hamstring Stretch 1 min under the Knee Body Area and needs to be moved to the Hip body area. Grid-Edit Mode

Use Grid-Edit mode for adding entries into the treatment grids and for making changes to multiple rows in a grid at once. Grid-Edit mode is the default mode when the template is initially opened. In Grid-Edit mode, the window displays Grid-Edit Mode. Grid-Edit Mode for a treatment grid In Grid-Edit mode, you can: Enter items into treatment grids by typing, selecting from picklists, using a QuickPick or Get Data. See Use Get Data and QuickPicks. Mark items in any grid as D (done or completed today in the facility), Grp (Group Therapy), or part of a HEP (Home Exercise Program).
