Delete Individual Treatments or Activities
If the grid is in Grid-Edit mode, put the grid in Single-Edit mode. (Select the Edit button). Select the item you want to delete from the grid. Select Delete. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to delete any other therapy items. Note: If you have selected the last item in the grid to delete, an alert opens for you to confirm that you want to clear all entries from the grid. Select Cancel for that grid. Update a Single Grid Entry
To change the details of an item already in the grid, the grid must be in Single-Edit mode. If the grid is in Grid-Edit mode, select the Edit button to put the grid in Single-Edit mode. Edit button in Grid-Edit Mode The Edit button changes to Cancel. Select the activity in the grid. The activity information fills the fields above the grid. Update the entries in the fields. Updated entries Note: When editing a single item, the D checkbox is automatically marked. If you do not want the exercise to be marked as “Done” for this encounter, clear the D checkbox. Switch Editing Modes
Do one of the following: To switch to Single-Edit mode, select the Edit button. To return to Grid-Edit mode, select the Cancel button. When you switch modes, the Cancel button becomes the Edit button. Parent topic: Treatment Template Editing Modes

Single-Edit Mode
Use Single-Edit mode to update or delete a single item already entered in a grid. If you are in Single-Edit mode and nothing is selected in the grid, the window displays Select Row. Select Patients from Patient Grid
You can select one or more patients from the patient grid. To select one patient, select the check box next to the patient name. To select one or more patients, select the check box next to the patient names. To select all patients, select the check box next to the filter icon.
