Notes

Use the Notes field to document anything regarding the treatment of the patient and notes to other therapists who might see the patient.

Enter the note in the field below the grid, and then select Add. Notes appear on the office note document and are stored in the Notes grid for future reference.

You can edit a note by highlighting it in the grid, selecting the Edit button, and then editing the text of the note in the window that opens. The system saves a historical edit/view of each note, that you can see when you select Show Deleted.
