PT/OT Modalities Skin Check Completed Checkbox

The Modalities template has a Skin Check Completed checkbox in the lower right.

• If you mark Required here, if therapist has documented that a modality has been completed (for example, Electrical Stimulation or Hot/Cold Therapy), the therapist cannot submit charges on that encounter until they mark the Skin Check Completed checkbox.
• If you select Not Required, marking the checkbox is optional.
• If you select Hidden, the Skin Check Completed checkbox will not appear on the Modalities template.
