Homepage Template

Open the NTS Homepage template as the starting point for all visits. On it, you can view key information such as scripts, authorizations, KX modifier, and the plan of care. The application tracks this information and, when you open the NTS Homepage template, alerts you if action is needed. Comments

Most panels of the Single Visit templates have a Comments field. Use the Comments fields to record things such as observations, interpretations, additional information, instructions and plans that do not have discrete data fields in that section. Comments fields typically have a 1000-character limit, and a character counter below the field. Comments (Subjective) field Integrating NextGen Mobile Comments into NextGen Therapy Suite Information you dictate in your therapy session appears in NextGen® Therapy Suite. Add Comments Review, Modify, and Copy Comments You can review the comments from a patient's current and previous encounters. You can improve your documentation efficiency by copying comments from previous therapy sessions into the current encounter. Your practice must be configured to allow copying previous comments. Practice Configuration

You can use the NTS Practice Config template to configure settings for the practice that you are logged on to. The template has a table layout with rows of settings for Scripts, Single Visit, Diagnosis, PT/OT Exams, PT/OT Modalities, PT/OT Aquatherapy, Goals, Fee Sheet, QuickPicks, Cancel, Screening, and Student Settings with SLP Students.
