Select CPT Codes

You can select the specific CPT codes to bill out. For each code you can document the Medical Necessity associated with it. Select the checkbox next to the desired codes. To add a modifier, select a modifier (Mod#) field, and then select the modifier from the picklist. Select the Medical Necessity field. A picklist opens with all the treating diagnoses added to this visit. Ainf Aud Diag Treat PL picklist Select a treating diagnosis or select Free Text to type in the medical necessity. Note: In any template that has a Medical Necessity field, if no treating diagnosis has been added, you can add one. Select the Add Treating Dx button at the top right, or if using IMO, select the Problem IT Plus button to open IMO. Procedures or Results

The Procedures/Results section grid displays any procedures and results that have been documented for the patient on procedure templates. Procedures/Results grid To document procedures and results, select a template in the left navigation to open it. Note: You can configure the left side navigation to show only templates that are used by your practice or the provider and display them in the order most useful to you. All Procedures/Results templates also have functionality for Use Get Data and QuickPicks and you can fill out as many different templates as needed for that patient. Open this template to document billable exams with specifics in Diagnostic, Speech/Language, Device, Developmental, and Audiology data. Items that with a checkbox are selected if completed with time documented and any details. If the checkbox beside an item is solid gray, you must enter time in the Minutes field next to the item.
