Clinical Narratives
On the Clinical Narratives template, you can set up a clinical narrative to send to other providers through a C-CDA. The entry in the Narrative field of the Clinical Narratives template will be converted to a format that is accepted by other EHRs. Manage Clinical Narratives
You can review, update, remove, or restore clinical narratives using the Clinical Narratives template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Templates module, select Clinical Narratives, and then select a note type. The Clinical Narratives template opens. Note: You can view the clinical narratives of the current encounter in the Current Visit Narratives grid. You can view the clinical narratives of all encounters in the All Narratives panel. To update a clinical narrative, do the following: Select the clinical narrative from the Current Visit Narratives grid. Edit the Narrative field. Select Update. To remove a clinical narrative, do the following: Select the clinical narrative from the Current Visit Narratives grid. Select Remove. To restore a removed clinical narrative, do the following: Select the Removed records option. Select the clinical narrative you want to restore from the Current Visit Narratives grid. Select Add.
