You can copy one or more phrases from another user’s My Phrase category set to your set. By copying phrases, you can quickly add phrases to your list and have a positive impact on continuity of care.
- On the INF My Phrases Mng template, select Copy From User.
The INF My Phrases Copy template opens. The Phrase Type and Category display values based on the template where you selected Manage My Phrases.
- In the grid below Filters, find phrases to copy from other sets by user and category.
- If you need to change the phrase type, select the Phrase Type field, and then select a different one.
- To list phrases from a specific user, select the Copy From field, and then select the user from the list. You can also select the asterisk (*) to list all users.
- To list phrases from a category other than the one shown, select the Category field, and then select a category from the list. You can also select the asterisk (*) to list all categories.
- Copy either all or specific phrases.
- To copy all phrases listed, select the right arrow. All phrases move to the My Phrases List.
- To copy a specific phrase, select the phrase. Each phrase you select automatically moves to the My Phrases List.
- After you copy all phrases that you want, select Close.
