You can copy phrases to your My Phrase sets from another user’s set.
- Click the Copy From User button on the INF My Phrases Mng template.
The INF My Phrases Copy template opens.
- Filter the left-hand grid by user (Copy From) and Category to find phrases.
- To change the user, click the Copy From field and select a user from the list. Enter an asterisk (*) to see all users.
- To change the category, click the Category field and select a category from the list. Enter an asterisk (*) to see all categories.
- Copy either all or specific phrases as follows:
- To copy all phrases for a given category or user, select that category or user in the Copy From or Category field, select and click the right arrow. All phrases move to the My Phrases List grid.
- To move specific phrases from another user, select that user in the Copy From field, and then click on each phrase that you want to copy. Each phrase moves as you select it.
