Delete Phrases
On the
INF My Phrases Mng
template, click the
Category
field to select the desired category.
This phrases for that category appear in the grid.
Select the phrase to be deleted from the grid.
Click
Delete
to remove the phrase from the list.

Access the INF My Phrases Mng Template

Update Phrases
You can update a custom phrase to change the text or its name or to make a new phrase. On the INF My Phrases Mng template, click the Category field to choose the category of the phrase you wish to update. This phrases for that category appear in the top grid. Select the phrase from the grid. Make any changes to the phrase. Click the Update button. This replaces the existing phrase with the updated version. To make the updated phrase a new phrase without replacing the original, click the Add button. The new phrase has been added. Parent topic: My Phrases Management

Copy Phrases
You can copy phrases to your My Phrase sets from another user’s set. Click the Copy From User button on the INF My Phrases Mng template. INF My Phrases Copy template The INF My Phrases Copy template opens. Filter the left-hand grid by user (Copy From) and Category to find phrases. To change the user, click the Copy From field and select a user from the list. Enter an asterisk (*) to see all users. To change the category, click the Category field and select a category from the list. Enter an asterisk (*) to see all categories. Copy either all or specific phrases as follows: To copy all phrases for a given category or user, select that category or user in the Copy From or Category field, select and click the right arrow. All phrases move to the My Phrases List grid. To move specific phrases from another user, select that user in the Copy From field, and then click on each phrase that you want to copy. Build My Phrases
On the INF My Phrases Mng Template, click the Category Filter field. The INF MyPhrases GetTypes window opens. Select the category (template) and click OK. The phrase is now available only to the current user and the Scope column displays User. To save the phrase as a system set, select the System Set check box. Type a name in the Name field, which describes the phrase. Note: This field is required. Enter the text of the phrase in the My Phrase field. You can type up to 1000 characters. Click Add to add the new phrase. Repeat steps 2-6 until you have added all phrases that you want to add. Click Close. Parent topic: My Phrases Management

Delete a Phrase
Open the Manage My Phrases template. Select the phrase within the grid that needs to be deleted. Select Delete. Parent topic: Managing Phrases

Delete a Phrase
Select the Manage My Phrases link. The Manage My Phrases template opens. Review the My Phrase Type. Select the List only these phrase types checkbox to filter the grid to display the current phrase type. Review the existing Phrases in the grid to see if the phrases that you need are present. Select the phrase in the lower data grid. Select Remove. The selected phrase is removed from the grid. To view deleted phrases, select the View deleted records checkbox.
