You can document up to six chief complaints for a case. These complaints appear in the blue fields below Patient Complains of.
 
 You can take two approaches to adding chief complaints to the History of Complaint(s) grid:
 
  - You can enter all complaints into the list, and then select each one, add its details, and then add it to the History of Complaint(s) grid.
 
  - You can add one complaint at a time to the list, select its details and move it to the grid, then add another to the list and repeat the process.
