Edit a Complaint
In the
History of Complaint(s)
grid, select the complaint.
Select
Edit
located below the grid.
The
NTS PT Injury Edit Pop
template opens.
If you entered the details for the wrong complaint, you can select the
Chief Complaint
field, and then select a different complaint.
To edit the injury details, select the
Injury
field, and then type the changes needed.
Select
Save & Close
to save changes.

Add Complaints to the List
Below Patient Complains of, select the option for the blank field you want to modify. Select the white field. A picklist of complaints opens. Chief Complaint picklist Select a complaint from the picklist. Note: If you select the blank space at the top of the picklist, you can enter an entry into the selected field. The complaint displays in the blue field, and the option for the next field is selected. If necessary, repeat the previous steps to add more complaints. View a Complaint from the Grid
The History of Complaint(s) grid displays all complaints entered for a case. Injury details listed in the History of Complaint(s) grid In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select the complaint. Select View to open a larger view of the grid contents. Parent topic: Chief Complaints

Add Details to a Complaint
You can capture specifics about an individual complaint. All fields that document details about the complaint are optional. Patient chief complaint fields on the Speech Subjective panel Under Patient Complains of, select the option for the complaint you want to modify. You can document specifics only for the selected complaint. Under Onset Factors and Previous Treatments, select the relevant checkboxes to add details about the complaint. You can enter details of Alleviating Factors, Aggravating Factors, Behavioral Characteristics, and Current Status into those fields. In Additional Details, enter any other information related to the complaint. Select Add to save the information to the History of Complaint(s) grid. Parent topic: Chief Complaints

Delete a Complaint from the History of Complaints Grid
In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select a complaint. Select Edit. An editing window opens. Select Delete. The window closes and the complaint is removed from the grid. Parent topic: Chief Complaints

Edit a Complaint
Select the complaint that you want to enter. Select the Edit button below the grid. This opens the NTS PT Injury Edit Pop template. Delete a Complaint
You can delete a complaint that was entered on this encounter. Select the row within the grid. Select Edit. An editing window opens.
