Select the complaint that you want to enter.
Select the
Edit
button below the grid.
This opens the
NTS PT Injury Edit Pop
template.
Select the
Injury
field and enter any changes needed.
Select
Save & Close
.

Delete a Complaint
You can delete a complaint that was entered on this encounter. Select the row within the grid. Select Edit. An editing window opens. Edit a Complaint
In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select the complaint. Select Edit located below the grid. The NTS PT Injury Edit Pop template opens. AINF PT Injury Edit Pop template If you entered the details for the wrong complaint, you can select the Chief Complaint field, and then select a different complaint. Viewing Editing and Deleting Complaints

Edit or Delete a Chief Complaint
Click the Free Text button. Click the desired field to make changes. To erase a chief complaint, click the eraser icon for that field. Click Save & Close to save the changes you have made and return to the Billable Visit template. Parent topic: Add a Chief Complaint

Add Complaints to the List
Below Patient Complains of, select the option for the blank field you want to modify. Select the white field. A picklist of complaints opens. Chief Complaint picklist Select a complaint from the picklist. Note: If you select the blank space at the top of the picklist, you can enter an entry into the selected field. The complaint displays in the blue field, and the option for the next field is selected. If necessary, repeat the previous steps to add more complaints. View a Complaint from the Grid
