Click the desired field to make changes.
To erase a chief complaint, click the eraser icon for that field.
Click
Save & Close
to save the changes you have made and return to the
Billable Visit
template.

Add a Chief Complaint
You can add up to six chief complaints. If the patient has complaints that were not captured on Intake, you can add them on Billable Visit. Click on a blank HPI # link. The first of a series of picklists opens. Select items in the picklists. Each selection opens the next picklist. Picklists for chief complaint When you have selected an item in the fourth picklist, or at any time that you click Close, the picklists close. To type a complaint, click the Free Text button. The IORTShpi Freetext Mr template opens. Chief complaint text Click any Chief Complaint field to add text to describe the complaint and click Save & Close. Delete a Chief Complaint

Add a Chief Complaint
Open the Intake template. To add a chief complaint, do one of the following: Click a blank Chief Complaint field and select a value from the list. As you make each selection, Note: The first of a cascade of picklists opens, for you to select descriptors for the complaint and the next picklist opens. Edit a Complaint
Select the complaint that you want to enter. Select the Edit button below the grid. This opens the NTS PT Injury Edit Pop template. Delete a Complaint from the History of Complaints Grid
In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select a complaint. Select Edit. An editing window opens. Select Delete. The window closes and the complaint is removed from the grid. Parent topic: Chief Complaints

Edit a Complaint
In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select the complaint. Select Edit located below the grid. The NTS PT Injury Edit Pop template opens. AINF PT Injury Edit Pop template If you entered the details for the wrong complaint, you can select the Chief Complaint field, and then select a different complaint.
