Add Complaints to the List

  1. Below Patient Complains of, select the option for the blank field you want to modify.
  2. Select the white field.
    A picklist of complaints opens.
    Chief Complaint picklist

  3. Select a complaint from the picklist.
    The complaint displays in the blue field, and the option for the next field is selected.
  4. If necessary, repeat the previous steps to add more complaints.
You can add details to the complaints and move them to the History of Compaint(s) grid.
