Add Details to a Complaint

You can capture specifics about an individual complaint. All fields that document details about the complaint are optional.
Patient chief complaint fields on the Speech Subjective panel

  1. Under Patient Complains of, select the option for the complaint you want to modify.
    You can document specifics only for the selected complaint.
  2. Under Onset Factors and Previous Treatments, select the relevant checkboxes to add details about the complaint.
  3. You can enter details of Alleviating Factors, Aggravating Factors, Behavioral Characteristics, and Current Status into those fields.
  4. In Additional Details, enter any other information related to the complaint.
  5. Select Add to save the information to the History of Complaint(s) grid.
