Add Complaints to the List
- Select an item from the picklist or select the blank at the top of the picklist to type into the field.
When you have entered a complaint, it moves to one of the blue fields, and the option for the next blank field is selected. You can then either add another complaint following steps 1 and 2 above, or you can add details to the complaint and move it to the grid.
