The

grid displays all complaints entered for a case.
In the
History of Complaint(s)
grid, select the complaint.
Select
View
to open a larger view of the grid contents.

Edit a Complaint
In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select the complaint. Select Edit located below the grid. The NTS PT Injury Edit Pop template opens. AINF PT Injury Edit Pop template If you entered the details for the wrong complaint, you can select the Chief Complaint field, and then select a different complaint. To edit the injury details, select the Injury field, and then type the changes needed. Select Save & Close to save changes. Parent topic: Chief Complaints

Delete a Complaint from the History of Complaints Grid
In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select a complaint. Select Edit. An editing window opens. Select Delete. The window closes and the complaint is removed from the grid. Parent topic: Chief Complaints

Add Complaints to the List
Below Patient Complains of, select the option for the blank field you want to modify. Select the white field. A picklist of complaints opens. Chief Complaint picklist Select a complaint from the picklist. Note: If you select the blank space at the top of the picklist, you can enter an entry into the selected field. The complaint displays in the blue field, and the option for the next field is selected. If necessary, repeat the previous steps to add more complaints. Viewing Editing and Deleting Complaints

Chief Complaints
You can document up to six chief complaints for a case. These complaints appear in the blue fields below Patient Complains of. Patient chief complaint fields on the Speech Subjective panel You can take two approaches to adding chief complaints to the History of Complaint(s) grid: You can enter all complaints into the list, and then select each one, add its details, and then add it to the History of Complaint(s) grid. You can add one complaint at a time to the list, select its details and move it to the grid, then add another to the list and repeat the process. View Injury History within a Case
If any of the patient's past chief complaints and injury details in the case were documented in NextGen® Therapy Suite versions 3.0.11.0 and earlier, you can view them, but you cannot add, edit, or delete them. Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter. Open the NTS Single Visit template. In the Subjective panel, select the Historical Injury Grid link. The Injury Subjective View grid displays the patient's case history of chief complaints and associated injuries. Parent topic: Single Visit Subjective Panel
