Re-Evaluation Charge - SLP Visit

When you select the Re-Evaluation Charge checkbox on the Fee Sheet for an SLP visit type, it changes the visit type on the document to a Re-evaluation. This does not alter any billable charges. Parent topic: Fee Sheet

Fee Sheet Admin Tools

The Admin Tools buttons are used for specific correction needs. They are only visible to users with Admin rights with the exception of the Billing Adj button that all users can see. Admin Tools buttons on the Fee Sheet Note: User rights, including Admin Rights are configured in the System Configuration system template. Reset Charges – Admin users can select this button to submit charges more than once on an encounter if an error necessitates submitting charges again. After charges are initially submitted, the Submit to Superbill button is replaced with red text that states Charges Submitted and the fee sheet is locked. The Reset Charges button becomes available. This unlocks Fee Sheet, but charges must be manually removed from NextGen® Enterprise PM. An alert opens to remind you of this and can also send a task if configured. Reset POC – If an adjustment needs to be made to the POC after charges have been submitted, an Admin user can select the Reset POC button to go back in the docume

Add a Message for a Payer

Select the Payer from the Insurance Information grid. Select the text field below the messages grid to enter the payer message. Note: If no payer is selected first, the text field will not be editable. Add button on the Messages panel Select Add to save the message. Parent topic: Messages

Task

When charges have been submitted, a Task button appears for you to send a task to a user or workgroup. Select the Task button. A Reason for Tasking window opens. Enter the reason into the field and click OK. The Select Task Recipients window opens. Select a recipient from the Available Users/Workgroups list. Select Add >> to move them to the Task Recipients list. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add all intended recipients. Select OK to send the task. Edit or Delete a Chief Complaint

Click the Free Text button. Click the desired field to make changes. To erase a chief complaint, click the eraser icon for that field. Click Save & Close to save the changes you have made and return to the Billable Visit template. Parent topic: Add a Chief Complaint
