Set Priority Level for a Message

When composing, forwarding, or replying to a message, you can mark a message as normal or high priority. Set a priority level for a message in one of the following ways.

The Patient Portal Message window (Message Compose window)To mark the messages as high priority, select Priority.
On the Properties tab on the Patient Portal Message windowIn the Send this message at section, select one of the following:
  • Normal priority
  • High priority (an exclamation point appears next to the message in the Message list).
